UK SHIPPING ONLY

Please note, our order cut off time is 2pm. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 3pm, the order will be packed and shipped the following day for delivery on Wednesday for Next working day delivery.

2-3 Working Days (Parcelforce) - £4.99

Orders over £100 Qualify for free 1-2 Working day delivery

Orders are currently shipped with UPS, Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

For orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays including Bank Holidays please add 1 working day to the expected delivery date. 

Currently we can only offer delivery within the UK. We do not offer overseas shipping services yet.

Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure every package arrives safe and sound but accidents happen! If your parcel arrives damaged please take photographs of the parcel immediately and contact us immediately. We will endeavour to resolve and replace any damaged items as soon as possible. 

 

Returns
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email or phone stating the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with triggers and packaging and ANY FREE gifts included and received by us within 30 days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service or use special delivery if you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 30 days of you receiving them. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased.
